The entrepreneurial vocation of the Pini family and the continuous pursuit of quality and excellence lead to the creation of this company.
In 2013 Pini family, already owners of Bresaole Pini and Hungary Meat, estabilished Pini Italia srl from the former Bertana slaughterhouse based in Castelverde.
Through a process of rationalization and modernization of the industrial facilities, the new management revitalized the renowned production site in the Cremona area.
In just a few years, Castelverde plant has become one of the leading facilities in its sector, with an increase in production capacity to the current 16,000 pigs per week.
Thanks to continuos investments in technologically advanced facilities, the company pursued high levels of quality and punctuality in customer satisfaction.
A new department dedicated to the packaging of vacuum-packed cuts was opened. This new area was intended to meet the requirements of commercial partners and so it was equipped with machinery that ensures the highest standards of safety and quality.
Pini Italia, together with Ghinzelli, is the most important Italian specialized group in pig slaughtering, a symbol of Made in Italy worldwide. Pini Italia and Ghinzelli hold the 25% of the national market. The over forty years of experience of the Pini family in this sector, ensure product conformity and safety.
