All employed operators are aware of the importance of ensuring safe meat handling and are adequately trained to achieve it.
Regarding workplace well-being, Pini Italia recognizes the importance of protecting and promoting workers’ health and has therefore adhered to the WHP (Workplace Health Promotion) program, promoted by the Lombardy Region and defined by the World Health Organization. Within the WHP program, inclusion and support of personnel are promoted, also through training and information pathways in the workplace, aiming to disseminate healthy lifestyles.
