Pini Italia is an italian leading company in the pig slaughtering sector

In 2013, the Pini family acquired the Castelverde (Cremona) plant, transforming it in just a few years into a modern industrial complex of 75,000 square meters.

Inside the Castelverde plant, 16,000 pigs are slaughtered every week using cutting-edge techniques in terms of food quality and product safety.

An entrepreneurial vision, capable of pursuing innovation and continuous improvement, has made Pini Italia one of the main players in the Italian pig slaughtering industry.

Our Products

We mainly produce fresh meat cuts destined for Italian DOP and IGP supply chains, as well as vacuum-packed or frozen cuts. Specialized workers know all different types of meat and cuts required by the market.

From Slaughtering to Distribution

Every product is controlled and traced at all stages of the process, starting from the farm of origin to the final batch sent to the customer.

The established manifacturing procedures follow rigorous controls at every stage of production: from the pigs’ stay in the stable to the slaughter and processing of the meat, up to packaging and distribution.
